Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a centralized intake and tracking process for the enterprise AI use case pipeline, prioritizing requests by impact, feasibility, and risk.
  • •Coordinate pilot programs with business stakeholders and early adopters by defining success criteria, tracking outcomes, and informing post-pilot decisions.
  • •Create repeatable playbooks, workflow guidance, and materials to scale successful AI use cases across teams and functions.
  • •Synthesize usage, adoption, and feedback into insights, recommendations, and program updates for leadership.
  • •Aggregate feedback from pilots and support channels and coordinate follow-through with product, platform, and vendor partners to resolve issues through completion.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in consulting, product operations, program management, strategy, or a related field, managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including structuring ambiguous problems and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills to produce clear deliverables and work effectively across business and technology teams.
