Job Summary

Support the execution and scaling of enterprise AI initiatives by running the AI use case pipeline: intake, prioritization, piloting, tracking, and governance. Coordinate pilots with business stakeholders, define success criteria, and translate outcomes into repeatable enablement playbooks. Synthesize adoption and feedback data into recommendations for leadership while partnering with product, platform, Legal & Compliance, and vendor partners to resolve issues and drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage a centralized intake and tracking process for the enterprise AI use case pipeline, prioritizing requests by impact, feasibility, and risk.
•Coordinate pilot programs with business stakeholders and early adopters by defining success criteria, tracking outcomes, and informing post-pilot decisions.
•Create repeatable playbooks, workflow guidance, and materials to scale successful AI use cases across teams and functions.
•Synthesize usage, adoption, and feedback into insights, recommendations, and program updates for leadership.
•Aggregate feedback from pilots and support channels and coordinate follow-through with product, platform, and vendor partners to resolve issues through completion.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in consulting, product operations, program management, strategy, or a related field, managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including structuring ambiguous problems and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills to produce clear deliverables and work effectively across business and technology teams.
•Highly structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to influence without direct authority in a fast-moving environment.
•Familiarity with enterprise AI tools and data platforms; Power Platform and Copilot Studio preferred; bachelor’s degree preferred in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related fields.
