Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer UiPath Orchestrator, managing tenants, users/roles, robot provisioning, machine templates, and related assets such as queues, schedules, packages, and libraries.
  • •Monitor and troubleshoot automation operations, including failed jobs, expired credentials, queue failures, licensing issues, deployment problems, robot connectivity, certificate problems, and permission issues.
  • •Support identity and security operations by managing SSO/SAML and Entra ID/Active Directory integration, RBAC, service accounts, and credential/secret vault integrations.
  • •Handle infrastructure and deployment considerations depending on model (Automation Cloud vs On-Prem), including Windows Server/IIS/SQL Server, licensing, governance policies, and backup/disaster recovery.
  • •Perform automation-related governance and support activities such as change management, production deployments, segregation of duties, audit requirements, bot lifecycle management, and disaster recovery planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Understand UiPath Orchestrator administration across tenants, folders, users/groups/roles, robot provisioning, machine templates, assets, queues, triggers/schedules, packages/libraries, and monitoring/logs.
  • •Experience with identity and security integrations, including SSO and SAML, Entra ID/Active Directory integration, RBAC, service accounts, credential management, and supported secret vault integrations.
  • •Have infrastructure/deployment knowledge covering UiPath Automation Cloud or UiPath On-Prem topics such as Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, certificates, load balancers, and backup/disaster recovery.
  • •Understand SQL Server basics for reading logs and queries, performance troubleshooting, and database maintenance concepts.
  • •Strong automation domain awareness (UiPath Studio, REFramework, attended vs unattended bots, queues/transaction processing, exception handling, and version control concepts).
