Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct production operations and personnel to meet production and quality control standards, control budget and costs, and provide product quantity/specification and delivery date data.
  • •Establish short-term production continuity activities including shift schedules, material requisitions, machine loading, grievance resolution, and equipment maintenance.
  • •Coordinate with other plant function areas to support output, productivity, and quality attainment.
  • •Select, organize, train, and motivate the production labor force to achieve production schedules at optimum productivity and cost levels.
