Own end-to-end delivery of cost management services for infrastructure projects, ensuring client objectives are met. Perform detailed cost analysis and reporting, compare actuals vs forecasts, and identify variances and contractual compliance. Deliver cost intelligence by implementing cost analytics tools and processes, provide cost estimating and assurance across project lifecycle stages, and support integrated delivery within the client-facing Program Management Office. Coordinate knowledge transfer internally and contribute to client relationship growth.
