Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end hiring for Product, Design, Engineering and Analytics, while continuously improving interview frameworks, assessment methodologies, and hiring processes.
•Partner with senior leaders to provide market insights, talent intelligence, and data-driven recommendations that enable thoughtful, long-term growth.
•Maintain deep expertise across technical talent markets, track compensation trends, conduct talent mapping, and brief leaders on market conditions to inform workforce planning.
•Embed equitable, structured hiring practices throughout the recruiting lifecycle and partner with talent communities to expand access to underrepresented talent.
•Build a compelling employer brand and manage candidate experience, articulating mission and value proposition while partnering cross-functionally to strengthen branding initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 145,000 annually

•8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting DEPA organizations in high-growth environments, ideally within consumer technology, marketplace, or mobile-first companies
•Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders through data, market expertise, and strategic consultation, including experience shaping hiring strategy across multiple technical functions and seniority levels
•Strong sourcing, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement capabilities
•Expertise in structured interviewing, assessment design, and process optimization
•Experience leveraging recruiting analytics to drive continuous improvement and strong business acumen with stakeholder management
