Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the technical partner for customers, driving deployments from ideation to production.
  • •Translate customer problems into PRDs, workflows, and success criteria, then build them.
  • •Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Solutions teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver on time.
  • •Maintain structured project documentation including plans, trackers, and status updates.
  • •Own end-to-end testing and validation before each customer release.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years as a Forward Deployed Engineer, software engineer, ML engineer, or equivalent (startup experience preferred; founding engineer background is a plus).
  • •Proficiency in at least one language: Python, Go, JavaScript, or similar.
  • •Ability to proactively surface customer challenges during onboarding.
  • •End-to-end ownership mindset—figure out what you don’t know and deliver.
