Job Summary

Drive adoption of CareCredit among high-value dental practices in the San Diego metro territory by conducting in-person visits, building relationships, and enrolling new providers. Own a defined book of mid-to-large practices, set practice-level strategies, lead sales planning and budgeting, and meet revenue/application KPIs. Use Salesforce to document activity, engage office staff and doctors/owners, and coordinate post-sale handoff and first-use activation for successful product engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct in-person visits to promote CareCredit benefits and drive product adoption with dental providers across the assigned territory.
•Independently manage a book of business to meet/exceed revenue and application goals.
•Proactively identify, evaluate, and enroll new providers while growing existing provider engagement and utilization.
•Lead sales strategy and manage the territory budget as part of a broader regional team.
•Document all activity in Salesforce and coordinate post-sale handoff with the Enrollment team for first-use activation.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of sales experience, including 1+ years of consultative sales experience.
•Ability to travel daily up to 80% in the field, including ~50% overnight travel; weekends may be required for trade shows.
•BA or BS degree or equivalent experience.
•Advanced computer skills using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
•Ability to travel flexibly for business as required.
