Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve client inquiries and concerns related to vehicle condition and/or discrepancies.
  • •Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and reconditioning service movement/organization across auction departments to ensure timely completion.
  • •Examine vehicles in the sales lineup, build client relationships, complete reconditioning estimates, and coordinate/approve reconditioning services.
  • •Conduct condition report and imaging audits to reduce policy loss and goodwill expenses while maintaining SLA quality and accuracy.
  • •Educate and act as a liaison for clients on auction processes, recommending and/or upselling Manheim/CAI products and services as appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field (or an equivalent combination with education/certification), or 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • •Valid driver’s license and safe driving ability required.
  • •Prior experience in vehicle reconditioning and/or general auto body knowledge is preferred.
  • •Ability to work with minimal supervision as a self-starter.
  • •Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and provide excellent verbal and written communication.
