Pick up and deliver service customers in a prompt, polite manner, completing delivery logs and obtaining customer signatures. Maintain cleanliness and professionalism of the courtesy van, including nightly cleaning, key and paperwork handling, and on-premises security. Perform basic van maintenance such as checking oil, arranging washes, and getting annual safety inspections. Provide courteous support that helps keep the service department running smoothly.
