Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a comprehensive configuration management (CM) program, including IT governance support.
  • •Establish and maintain the IT asset management program and track assets/configuration items through the lifecycle with detailed analysis.
  • •Develop and maintain CMDB policy, processes, and a knowledge base; support CMDB auditing and accuracy of configuration data.
  • •Improve configuration item (CI) data integrity (classes, naming conventions, attributes, data sources, and relationships) and support configuration data collection.
  • •Participate in change control processes (TRB/CRB), support configuration management audits/reconciliation, and apply NIST/ZTA security configuration standards.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of related configuration/IT asset management experience.
  • •US Citizenship required.
  • •Ability to currently possess and maintain a Secret clearance (must be able to obtain a Secret).
  • •Bachelor’s degree with 5 years relevant experience, or Associates degree with 7 years, or no degree with 11 years directly applicable experience.
  • •ITIL4 Foundations (or ITIL Version 5 Foundations) certification.
