Job Summary

Lead and develop the regional material management organization for Elastomer Polyurethanes Americas in Ringwood, aligning supply chain execution with sales/commercial, manufacturing, and S&OP/demand management. Drive integrated business planning, production planning and scheduling, inventory optimization, and warehouse/logistics performance, while coordinating distribution and transport to meet OTIF goals. Ensure safety, internal audit, and SOX compliance, track key supply chain metrics, mitigate risks, and guide change management for 3–4 direct reports.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop regional material management and align PU/other regional manufacturing sites for efficient, reliable material availability.
•Ensure safety, warehousing/material handling, transportation/cargo securing, and compliance with internal audit and SOX requirements.
•Drive integrated business planning and execution, including leading monthly regional S&OP meetings and aligning short- and medium-term supply/demand with business goals.
•Oversee production planning/scheduling, inventory optimization, and logistics support to ensure timely fulfillment across product lines and regions, including external manufacturers.
•Guide and mentor a team, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, track supply chain KPIs, perform gap analysis/scenario modeling, and implement process and network optimization improvements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, or a related field.
•10 to 15 years of management experience in supply chain management, inventory planning, and team management.
•Proven experience across supply chain, demand management, site operations, production/supply planning, S&OP, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.
•Strong analytical skills to interpret and present quantitative and qualitative data and solve complex problems.
•Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team; strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills across stakeholders.
