•Design, configure, administer, and enhance SharePoint Online sites, hubs, and document libraries, including permissions and content structures.
•Lead planning and implementation of SharePoint Online solutions for collaboration, intranet publishing, and business process enablement.
•Define and maintain information architecture, taxonomy, metadata strategy, navigation, search optimization, and content lifecycle practices.
•Develop governance standards for site provisioning, ownership, permissions, retention, external sharing, and content organization.
•Troubleshoot complex SharePoint Online issues and support SharePoint/Microsoft 365 migrations and tenant-level administration activities.

•5+ years administering and engineering Microsoft SharePoint environments, with strong hands-on experience in SharePoint Online.
•5+ years working with Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies (including Teams and OneDrive).
•Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, permissions, hub sites, document management, metadata, search, and governance.
•Experience with PowerShell automation and Microsoft 365 security concepts, including Entra ID and conditional access considerations.
