  • •Design, configure, administer, and enhance SharePoint Online sites, hubs, and document libraries, including permissions and content structures.
  • •Lead planning and implementation of SharePoint Online solutions for collaboration, intranet publishing, and business process enablement.
  • •Define and maintain information architecture, taxonomy, metadata strategy, navigation, search optimization, and content lifecycle practices.
  • •Develop governance standards for site provisioning, ownership, permissions, retention, external sharing, and content organization.

  • •5+ years administering and engineering Microsoft SharePoint environments, with strong hands-on experience in SharePoint Online.
  • •5+ years working with Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies (including Teams and OneDrive).
  • •Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, permissions, hub sites, document management, metadata, search, and governance.
  • •Experience with PowerShell automation and Microsoft 365 security concepts, including Entra ID and conditional access considerations.
