Job Summary

Provide luxury garment alterations and tailoring services for clients at the Hermès Beverly Hills Flagship Boutique. Complete timely fittings, maintain product and seasonal knowledge, and ensure garments are marked, altered, and pressed to Hermès standards. Support client relationships through outstanding service, greet and interact with clients, advise on alteration lead times and costs, and collaborate on MTM and Bespoke project follow-up, including press and equipment operation and training support for store personnel.

•Complete fittings in a timely manner to ensure proper fit and tailoring within Hermès standards.
•Alter and press garments, using tailor shop equipment and appropriate pressing techniques for different fabric weights.
•Advise clients on alterations, including calculating lead times and cost and managing expectations.
•Maintain excellent customer service and foster client relationships to support brand loyalty and repeat business.
•Support the selling process by greeting clients, handling special requests or immediate alteration needs, and coordinating MTM/Bespoke order follow-up with the Made to Measure Client Development Manager.

Salary: USD 85,000 - 95,000 annually

•Ability to advise clients on product alterations with accurate calculations of lead times and cost.
•Strong communication skills and ability to organize and track product and client information.
