Key Responsibilities

•Lead and motivate operational teams in a high-demand environment, promoting development and conflict resolution.
•Oversee inventory, quality control and inputs to ensure routines are executed within time limits.
•Ensure productivity, accuracy, quality and safety targets are met.
•Manage people, provide feedback, and promote team development.
•Coordinate activities with other departments to align priorities and drive execution.

Key Requirements

•Leadership experience in operating teams, preferably in logistics, distribution or manufacturing.
•Solid knowledge of inventory and quality processes, and data analysis tools.
•Bachelor's degree or higher education completed.
•Willingness to work onsite in Guarulhos, afternoon shift (2pm-10pm), Monday to Saturday.
•Proven ability to develop people and analyze data to drive performance.
