Investment Banking Associate Corporate Finance - Consumer & Retail

Support senior professionals in the Consumer & Retail group by assisting with client development, pitching, and executing debt and equity capital markets, M&A, and sponsor coverage transactions. Build and analyze financial models, conduct company and industry research, coordinate transaction screening and credit/underwriting processes, and prepare marketing materials such as CIMs and presentations. Supervise and develop analyst-level bankers while partnering through origination-to-closing and diligence.
