Key Responsibilities

  • •Support managing directors, vice presidents, and associates across Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets, M&A, Sponsor Coverage, and Corporate Banking with pitch strategies and financing scenarios.
  • •Build extensive financial statement models for transaction scenarios and analyze output to prioritize data and present conclusions.
  • •Conduct comprehensive company and industry research, and use comparable transaction analysis to guide indicative structure and pricing.
  • •Prepare pitch materials for client meetings and develop transaction marketing materials, including confidential information memoranda and presentations.
  • •Coordinate transaction screening, credit/underwriting approval, documentation, diligence, and legal drafting/negotiation through closing.
