Job Summary

Safely diagnose, adjust, and repair plant equipment in a quarry production facility, operating heavy equipment including off-road haul trucks, loaders, and stock trucks. You’ll follow OSHA/MSHA requirements, monitor health and safety compliance, and maintain clear communication with coworkers using proper safety practices. The role also includes mid-level cutting, welding, and fabrication, troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing inspections, and supporting efficient plant production.

Key Responsibilities

•Follow safety regulations and company policies, including OSHA and MSHA requirements.
•Monitor operations for compliance with health and safety standards and report issues.
•Maintain and repair plant equipment (conveyors, motors, bearings, guarding) and perform routine servicing/minor maintenance.
•Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform mid-level cutting, welding, and fabrication work.
•Conduct daily pre- and post-operation inspections with proper documentation and maintain communication with coworkers and management.
