Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve food and beverages to guests in a nightclub environment with a cheerful attitude.
  • •Anticipate and respond to guests’ needs; take orders and provide recommendations.
  • •Suggestively sell beverages and menu items, and communicate drink orders to the bar through the POS system.
  • •Deliver drinks and maintain line-of-sight/atmosphere control by circulating throughout your work area during the shift.
  • •Maintain safety and sanitation standards, including clearing tables, removing spills/obstacles, and supporting responsible alcohol service (including refusing service to intoxicated guests).

Key Requirements

  • •Food Handler Certification and Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent).
  • •3 years of work experience interacting with people in a positive environment.
  • •Ability to work late hours and maintain a flexible schedule.
  • •Working knowledge of cocktail tray service, basic food service, responsible alcohol service, drink recipes/garnishes, and Point of Sales systems.
  • •Ability to deal with intoxicated guests safely and courteously, and to recognize/handle valid IDs and responsible alcohol service requirements.
