Job Summary

Join the Structural Analysis Engineering team to perform structural stress analyses for aircraft components using classical hand calculations and finite element analysis (FEA). You’ll develop and evaluate engineering solutions, support product development from concept through certification and production, and translate analysis results into clear technical reports and design recommendations. Collaborate across multidisciplinary global teams and contribute to continuous improvement in analytical tools, methods, and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct structural analyses for aircraft components to evaluate strength, stiffness, durability, and damage tolerance under various loading conditions.
•Develop technical solutions for complex structural challenges by applying analytical methods and simulation tools, validating methodologies, and recommending optimized design alternatives.
•Provide structural analysis support across the product development lifecycle, interpreting results and helping resolve issues affecting aircraft structural integrity.
•Prepare technical reports, engineering documentation, and presentations communicating analysis outcomes and design decisions.
•Contribute to continuous improvement by enhancing analytical tools/processes and sharing knowledge across engineering teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5+ years of experience in aerospace structural stress analysis, or a Master’s degree in Engineering with 3+ years of relevant experience.
•Demonstrated experience performing aircraft structural stress analysis using classical hand calculations and FEA tools such as NASTRAN/PATRAN (or equivalent).
•Experience with aircraft structural components including static, durability, damage tolerance, EBU, Actuation System, and Nacelle analysis.
•Preferred: hands-on experience using NASTRAN/PATRAN, ANSYS, or equivalent finite element analysis software.
•Preferred: experience creating technical reports and engineering documentation in English.
