Job Summary

Own end-to-end Reward and Compensation support for the HR Shared Services team. Handle employee queries, execute system transactions when self-service isn’t available, and coordinate annual pay review and bonus cycle actions with Reward COE and IT. Manage SuccessFactors compensation updates, perform UAT/SRT for deployments, liaise with Finance for bonus execution, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining SOPs and case closure.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide HR services including handling queries and providing first-line advice and guidance.
•Execute HR data/system transactions when self-service or automation cannot be used.
•Coordinate end-to-end annual pay review and bonus cycle actions with Reward COE and IT.
•Manage Reward COE processes for uploading compensation updates and other adjustments in SuccessFactors, including workflow permissions switch over and publishing statements.
•Perform UAT/SRT for IT solution deployments aligned to design changes, and raise continuous improvement opportunities while maintaining SOPs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree in any field from a recognized university or relevant professional qualifications.
•1-2 years of working experience in Reward or HR Shared Services.
•Experience working with HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors or Workday (or equivalent).
•Experience working with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
•Excellent Microsoft applications knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
