Job Summary

Senior leader responsible for directing master planning activities across government and Aldar Development projects in the GCC, overseeing internal teams and consultants, managing contracts, approvals, and reporting. Drives design excellence, timely delivery, and cost control, with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement to align master plans with Aldar standards and vision.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage master planning activities from pre-concept through to detailed masterplan for all government and Aldar Development projects
•Review master plan and detailed master plan submittals by the internal team and consultants
•Provide support review and advisory services on master planning matters to Project Management during construction stage
•Manage the selection and work of master planning consultants; Ensure quality, budget and time compliance of the consultant’s work in accordance with the service contract
•Manage service contracts including preparing RFPs, and processing payments and variations

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree in engineering, architecture or equivalent is required; Technical post-graduate degree is preferred
•Excellent design & masterplanning capabilities
•Excellent leadership skills with ability to delegate and coordinate responsibilities
•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
•Deep exposure to GCC region and adjacent markets preferred
