Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and validate Group chart of accounts, FS items, consolidation units, segments, and other master data required for SAP Group Reporting.
  • •Ensure master data structures support Group GAAP and Plan/Forecast requirements.
  • •Design and document master data governance, including roles, approval workflow, data ownership, and maintenance processes/controls.
  • •Lead mappings of local charts of accounts and entities to Group structures and SAP Group Reporting master data, working with local finance teams to resolve mapping issues.
  • •Support remediation of data quality issues, capture and challenge accounting-related business requirements, and contribute to SIT/UAT including functional sign-off and workshops/BAU handover.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong background in Group Accounting / Group Reporting (IFRS essential; local GAAP an advantage).
  • •Experience with SAP Group Reporting or other SAP-based consolidation/reporting solutions (e.g., S/4HANA Finance, BPC, BW/4HANA).
  • •Practical master data management experience in a finance context, including governance, processes, and controls.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance or Finance/IT.
  • •Fluent English and experience with SIT/UAT, including test case definition and defect management.
