  • •Develop workforce capability through education, coaching, and mentoring programs.
  • •Advise operational leaders on clinical governance, risk management, and accreditation requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • •Postgraduate qualifications in Infection Prevention and Control, or actively working towards one.
  • •Demonstrated experience in infection prevention and control within a complex healthcare environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of NSQHS Standards, clinical governance, and healthcare accreditation.
  • •Experience leading audits, analysing data, and driving quality improvement initiatives.
