HR Generalist (8 Month FTC)

Provide day-to-day HR and employee relations support for Retail and Distribution teams across the UK, Ireland and Nordics. Serve as the first point of contact for cases including absence, disciplinaries, grievances, performance and capability, and coach managers on complex people matters. Use people data to spot trends and risks, support annual people activities (talent reviews, engagement, workforce planning, Gender Pay Gap reporting), and conduct store/site visits while partnering with the wider EU HR team.
