Job Summary

Support the Americas SMB team with short-term, cross-functional projects that improve how TikTok supports advertisers. Coordinate operational programs across Sales, TikTok Shop, and Marketing, optimize workflows and tooling, and help onboard new TikTok Shop advertisers.
