Key Responsibilities

•Own annual net new revenue targets exceeding $10M and maintain disciplined oversight of pipeline health, deal velocity, and forecast accuracy
•Personally originate, qualify, and advance complex enterprise opportunities from first conversation through contract execution
•Secure and lead C-suite level discussions that uncover strategic business priorities and position Incubeta as a growth partner
•Structure and negotiate high-value agreements including scope architecture, pricing strategy, and performance metrics
•Navigate procurement, legal, and executive decision processes with commercial confidence and persistence

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 250,000 - 325,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Must have proven enterprise credibility with ability to create opportunity through influence and access
•Experience originating and closing enterprise scale engagements in the $5M–$15M revenue range
•Strong network of senior industry relationships (CMOs, senior marketing leaders, transformation stakeholders)
•Deep understanding of how agencies, media and in-house teams operate, including budget ownership and transformation priorities
•Comfort discussing AI-driven marketing evolution, automation, personalization at scale, and brand-performance integration
