Key Responsibilities

  • •Train hourly operators and team leaders on lean tools and processes.
  • •Lead and coach visual workplace improvements using the 5S process (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain).
  • •Conduct cycle time analyses, time studies, and line balance/workplace analysis to improve performance.
  • •Collaborate with site personnel to identify and eliminate process obstacles; support changes to systems/processes for lean initiatives.
  • •Create and implement standard work; support onboarding/training for Lean Transformation tools and sustain OpEx culture change through coaching.
