Job Summary

Perform timely, cost-efficient maintenance for facility equipment and grounds at a manufacturing plant. Service and repair equipment on-site, aiming to meet repair-time expectations, troubleshoot to the systems level, and maintain full preventive maintenance (PM) execution. Follow OSHA/EPA and company safety practices, comply with LOTO, wear required PPE, manage hazardous waste properly, and coordinate with other departments. Maintain CMMS documentation by pulling reports and entering data or pass-downs.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform facility, equipment, and grounds maintenance as scheduled and directed.
•Provide on-site service and repair of equipment and meet at least 90% of estimated repair times.
•Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety practices; adhere to safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and required PPE.
•Read electrical and mechanical drawings and technical manuals to support troubleshooting and repairs.
•Manage waste generated from work and notify the EHS department regarding hazardous waste management concerns.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED and 3+ years maintenance experience, or 5+ years in a related field, or a 2-year technical school plus 3+ years experience.
•Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and proven electro/mechanical skills.
•Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, vacuum systems, and robotic systems.
•Ability to read prints and follow safe work practices, including full understanding of LOTO.
•Proficiency with computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to pull reports and enter data in CMMS (internal candidates must know the CMMS system).
