Job Function: Quality & Regulatory (Non-Software)

Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in planning and scheduling inspection activities in line with project timelines and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
  • •Coordinate with QA/QC personnel to ensure inspection readiness, including availability of procedures, drawings, and checklists.
  • •Maintain records of inspector approvals, certifications, and competency status.
  • •Support QA/QC compliance by ensuring inspection activities align with codes, standards, and project specifications.
  • •Maintain weld traceability records and assist in verification of welding documentation and related quality records.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma
  • •2+ years in QA/QC coordination, inspection support, or related field
  • •Typing and working knowledge of MS Office
  • •Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • •Fundamental knowledge in welding inspection, Electrical & Instrumentation, or coating inspection techniques
