Job Summary

Perform material handling, preparation, and routine laboratory testing to ensure products and raw materials meet applicable ASTM standards and to support new formula development. Prepare and sample materials, run routine tests, calculate results, and maintain records and test reports. Maintain laboratory equipment and support manufacturing quality. Coordinate weekly safety training, coaching on Lockout/Tagout, conduct EHS compliance activities, and report findings to the company and agencies.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare materials and products for testing and maintain assigned laboratory equipment
•Sample and reduce samples; perform routine tests, calculations, and test report preparation
•Test all products and raw materials, record results, and analyze rejects
•Ensure products meet applicable ASTM standards and maintain housekeeping of areas/equipment
•Coordinate weekly safety training and coaching on Lockout/Tagout, recognize hazards, and support EHS compliance with inspections and required reporting
