•Develop strong knowledge of Demandbase’s data solutions and how they support customer growth and go-to-market strategies
•Key collaborator with the Partner Team on target account list, strategy, messaging, and follow up plans.
•Generate qualified sales opportunities from a defined set of target accounts aligned to Demandbase’s ICP
•Research accounts and buying groups to tailor outreach based on business priorities, intent signals, and GTM context
•Initiate first-time conversations through email, phone, and social channels with relevance and precision

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 75,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1.5 to 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales development in a high-volume outbound environment, with demonstrated success working as part of a team and collaborating closely with Account Executives
•Experience engaging B2B buyers across multiple roles or stakeholders preferred. Strong listening skills with the ability to adapt messaging based on prospect responses
•Demonstrated strength in developing clear, account-specific outbound messaging, with prior cold calling success in a sales environment.
•Proven ability to ramp quickly on data-driven products and clearly communicate workflows and use cases; background in martech, adtech, sales tech, or analytics is a plus
•Flexible work options: hybrid Austin, TX or the Bay Area, or fully remote from other locations
