Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • •Experience leading staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, and measuring/reviewing performance and retention.
  • •Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information while conveying performance expectations and handling problems.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • •Intermediate math skills, including calculating complicated figures such as percentages and financial-related calculations.
