Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to mechanical design, development, and optimization of production equipment and tooling.
  • •Collaborate with engineering teams to design and validate mechanical components using CAD and simulation tools.
  • •Evaluate mechanical designs for robustness, ergonomics, durability, thermal performance, and reliability.
  • •Lead mechanical improvements to equipment to enhance performance, reduce downtime, and support high‑volume manufacturing.
  • •Lead PDLM subprojects and ensure smooth transfer from design to manufacturing.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in mechanical, electronics, or manufacturing engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience
  • •Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred)
  • •Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, EHS, PLM, process improvement, DFM, and CAPA
  • •Hands-on experience in equipment installation, mechanical design, automation, and troubleshooting
  • •Ability to drive continuous improvement independently with strong project management skills
