Key Responsibilities

  • •Form and run OE Half-Pizza Squads together with Forward Deployed Engineers and local IT or global vertical colleagues.
  • •Shape and steer OE demand by making AI Factory capabilities visible early, matching reusable AI blocks to OE pain points, and securing funded engagements before external search.
  • •Manage multiple engagements in parallel across the full lifecycle, sharing patterns, framings, and insights to improve the next engagement.
  • •Continuously adjust delivery by reducing scope where it does not belong, validating assumptions quickly, and correcting course as work progresses.
  • •Own Build-to-Run handover to global service or local IT, and manage OE relationship after go-live through structured communication and decision templates for senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in business administration, management, technology, or a related field, with experience steering delivery or programs in a larger organization.
  • •Sufficient seniority to discuss with OE leadership and Heads of IT, and enough technical understanding to track delivery while reducing scope honestly.
  • •Strong stakeholder management, business framing, and roadmap-building skills, including preparing clear decision materials for executive audiences.
  • •Experience translating business problems into delivered software, ideally in insurance or another regulated environment.
  • •Fluent English and solid foundational knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and practical application.
