Associate Design Manager

Lead design execution for Campbell’s brands and categories, turning design strategy into briefs, workflows, timelines, and high-quality deliverables across packaging and visual identity. Provide day-to-day guidance to designers, manage external agencies and production partners, and oversee creative reviews, pre-press, and proofing. Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Marketing, Innovation, and Operations to deliver on time and within budget, while improving tools and team efficiency.
