Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery outcomes for assigned products or value streams.
  • •Ensure work is planned, sequenced, and delivered predictably while providing delivery progress, forecasts, and constraints transparency.
  • •Coach teams and leaders on effective Agile practices and ensure agile events are outcome-focused and aligned to goals.
  • •Identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies, and impediments; coordinate planning across multiple teams or workstreams.
  • •Support governance and product delivery planning by translating business priorities into roadmaps and execution strategies, and communicate forecast/risk/trade-offs using data-driven insights.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 113,500 - 170,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • •5+ years in Agile delivery roles (e.g., Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, Project/Program delivery).
  • •5+ years working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile approaches.
  • •5+ years using Jira (and related tools) for delivery management and reporting.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing delivery across multiple teams or complex initiatives.
