Key Responsibilities

  • •Support issuance and receiving of AMC aircraft tooling and tools to authorized personnel under flydubai tool control procedures.
  • •Maintain accountability for aircraft tooling using physical and digital control systems (e.g., shadow boards, toolboxes, vending systems, tool cabinets, tool racking, RFID/barcode).
  • •Perform tool inventory checks at shift changes, work package completion, and as required; investigate and report missing tools immediately.
  • •Record all tool transactions accurately in the provided digital tool management system and maintain organized storage and housekeeping in AMC Tool Store areas.
  • •Inspect returned tooling for damage/wear/cleanliness/completeness, quarantine unserviceable items, monitor calibration due dates, and coordinate calibration with approved providers while meeting SMS, GCAA, and EASA requirements.
