Job Function: Construction, Civil & Site Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Work on structural design for various projects including bridge design and retaining walls
•Develop design packages for bridge projects using Bentley MicroStation and Open Roads
•Utilize bridge design software such as Bentley Suite, CSiBridge, Midas, PGSuper, MDX, and VBent
•Collaborate on alternative delivery projects and mega-projects within a team
•Support junior engineers and CAD designers to deliver high-quality structural solutions

Key Requirements

•Structural CAD Designers: BS Degree or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
•Junior Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency
•Mid-Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency
•Senior Level Engineers / Task Leads: BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency
•Preferred Qualifications: EIT Certification or PE License; State DOT experience
