Key Responsibilities

  • •Enable AI-assisted intake, assessment, estimation support, capacity insights, and portfolio prioritization.
  • •Implement AI-enabled execution governance with SDLC controls/phase exits, compliance visibility, and audit readiness practices.
  • •Design AI-driven automations such as dashboards, status summaries, data quality checks, workflow optimizations, and self-service insights.
  • •Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system architectures for AI-driven project management capabilities, including integrating LLMs and agentic AI.
  • •Lead end-to-end execution of AI initiatives by managing sprint cycles, backlogs, milestone tracking, and monitoring performance/observability.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in techno-functional roles spanning portfolio/PPM/PMO/delivery enablement.
  • •Strong experience with PPM/ALM tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, MSPe, and ServiceNow PPM, plus Atlassian Jira/Confluence.
  • •Knowledge of SDLC governance/controls, compliance, and KPI/reporting practices.
  • •Hands-on capability with GenAI tools, prompting, and agent-based automation (including copilots/Claude).
  • •Strong written and verbal communication and ability to translate business needs into technical architectures for enterprise project management systems.
