Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage submission of project schedules from contractors and consultants and conduct critical reviews to confirm schedules are accurate, realistic, and logical.
  • •Evaluate schedule impacts of proposed changes, identify schedule conflicts, and collaborate with delivery teams to resolve them.
  • •Maintain client-level schedules and integrate schedule interfaces into the master program schedule; provide schedule reporting and critical path analysis.
  • •Support the QSRA process by coordinating inputs with the Risk Manager and Cost Manager; conduct schedule quality assurance and peer reviews.
  • •Coach and mentor staff, participate in project status review sessions, and highlight adverse schedule variances for corrective actions and mitigation plans.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 140,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •University education in Engineering, Finance, or Economics, plus 8 years of related experience.
  • •10 years of related experience in scheduling, including scheduling for large transportation and highway projects or programs.
  • •Experience creating and implementing complex Work Breakdown Structures and integrating multiple schedules/work plans.
  • •Knowledge of Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA) process and familiarity with scheduling and cost baseline fundamentals.
  • •Primavera P6 (Advanced Level) and strong computer skills (Microsoft Office including Power BI); PMP or AACE certification preferred.
