Job Summary

Lead the follow-up and mid-funnel layer of the inbound sales engine, strengthening systems, processes, and sales floor consistency. Coach and manage an inbound follow-up team (including SDRs and Sales Associates), establish cadence and CRM hygiene, and own onboarding and ramp-up. Build and A/B test email/chat follow-up sequences, drive no-show recovery and reactivation campaigns, and improve funnel stage-to-stage conversion while ensuring accurate, compliant customer-facing knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and develop the inbound follow-up team, including SDRs and Sales Associates, with 1:1s, coaching, and hiring as the team scales.
•Own the pairing model between Sales Associates and Account Executives and set cadence standards, ownership rules, and CRM hygiene expectations.
•Design, write, and A/B test follow-up sequences across email and chat, using reply rate, re-engagement rate, and conversion as scorecards.
•Build and manage no-show recovery and reactivation motions for cancellations, missed demos, aged, and closed-lost opportunities.
•Review calls/demos against a sales scorecard, run calibration sessions, coach Account Executives, and join live deals when support is needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PHP 90,000 - 110,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•At least 4 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, revenue operations, or a similar commercial role.
•At least 2 years of experience managing or coaching a sales team.
•Proven experience improving follow-up, pipeline conversion, show rates, or sales-cycle performance.
•Strong understanding of inbound sales funnels, lead management, and mid-funnel conversion.
•Strong CRM discipline with experience using platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
