Lead all aspects of the residential business within a defined Texas region, owning sales, margins, and full P&L outcomes while driving equipment revenue targets and customer loyalty. Set regional strategy and operational excellence, build and develop a high-performing leadership team, and foster an engaged customer-first culture. Plan and forecast business goals, ensure compliance across EHS and quality standards, and strengthen partnerships with Trane dealers and internal stakeholders.
