Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a strategic HR partner and advisor to Highland, IL operations leadership and support site leadership.
  • •Develop, implement, and maintain compliant HR policies, records, and operating review processes.
  • •Oversee staffing, talent management, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, and employee development.
  • •Lead employee and labor relations across union and salaried populations, including investigations, grievances, discipline, and contract interpretation/negotiations.
  • •Administer compensation practices and support HR oversight for the Airport Lighting business, including employee relations, performance management, and HR communications.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 113,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum five (5) years of professional human resources experience.
  • •Minimum two (2) years of Labor Relations experience.
  • •Minimum two (2) years of Manufacturing industry/operations environment experience.
  • •Preferred: Master’s degree in business or human resources; Professional HR Certification (PHR or SPHR).
