Own SAP S/4HANA Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) operational performance, driving incident resolution within SLA targets and producing RCA reports with permanent corrective actions. Validate CI/CD changes and run regression/integration testing across S/4HANA environments. Lead UAT defect resolution, key-user training, and hypercare for rollouts, while converting incident patterns into problem and feature requests and executing functional workarounds to prevent downtime.
