Workplace Operations Adviser

Own day-to-day workplace operations for Wise’s Hyderabad office, ensuring physical spaces run smoothly and processes stay efficient. Build strong internal relationships and act as a liaison to gather feedback, run surveys, and continuously improve the workplace experience. Manage budget constraints, support ad-hoc projects with Workplace Leads and Project Managers, and take end-to-end ownership of smaller complex initiatives. Mentor junior team members and help resolve medium-to-complex issues.
