Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide end-user technology support, troubleshooting, and device/system management for users at the Terminal.
  • •Operate within regional IT processes, SLAs, and standards, following approved system administration practices and global/regional IT policy.
  • •Support ITSM areas including Change Management, and manage incidents from initiation through resolution.
  • •Investigate escalated issues and resolve them within SLA.
  • •Join a 24x7 after-hours rotation for critical incidents, including occasional phone support or going on-site; sometimes support Mobile Computer Terminals at heights.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 1 year of experience in an end-user computing (EUC) support role.
  • •Solid desktop and infrastructure support experience with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • •Experience supporting teams that require 24x7 backup, with an engineering-minded approach to business IT.
  • •Comfort working in an ITIL-aligned environment (Incident, Change, Problem, continuous improvement).
  • •Hands-on experience with Windows, Active Directory, Office 365, SOE/MOE builds, remote access tools (ManageEngine), and confidence with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools; PowerShell/scripting is a plus.
