Key Responsibilities

•Directly responsible for ensuring the store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability targets through short- and long-term planning, expense control, sales and service.
•Maintain consistently high standards of service experience in-store aligned with brand values and service standards.
•Prepare and administer timely, accurate performance evaluations for each store team member.
•Make each store member accountable for meeting or exceeding company expectations through weekly productivity conversations, daily coaching, recognition, and development actions as needed.
•Invest 85% of the work schedule on the sales floor, attracting customers, selling, and coaching associates.

Key Requirements

•Two to four years of experience in a retail customer service environment (preferably apparel/footwear) with proven results.
•Proven ability to exceed sales targets while achieving payroll goals, with ability to recruit, train, develop and retain talent.
•Strong interpersonal, communicative and motivational skills.
•Strong organizational and time management abilities.
•Experience in project management and implementing communication methods and event management; commercial acumen.
