  • •Supervise day-to-day work for production/operation teams across assembly, inspection, and testing functions.
  • •Set daily priorities, develop schedules, assign tasks, and execute action plans using shift handoffs and operations reviews.
  • •Organize and facilitate team meetings (e.g., pre-shift, safety) and track organization performance metrics.
