Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and oversee field-site work to provide quality service to customers.
•Plan job activities, provide instructions to the crew, and use required equipment.
•Coordinate and direct service operators’ activities and ensure safe execution per TPS service processes.
•Execute specific tasks according to the Site Quality Check Lists for the agreed scope of work.
•Interact with customer representatives and the site team, and provide required activity records to the Baker Hughes IET Supervisor.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years’ experience in a field service or maintenance position.
•Bachelor’s degree preferred, with required industry experience and IET product line training.
•Experience participating in minor/major outages, commissioning, and installation.
•Ability to perform services such as laser and dial indicator alignment, rotor swaps, and dry gas seal replacements.
•Fluent in English and Spanish; availability to travel 90% of the time (offshore and overseas), with T BOSIET/THUET certificates a plus.
