Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow safety policies and procedures, including wearing mandatory PPE, and maintain a clean production environment.
  • •Review production orders and reports to identify discrepancies in product specifications to the line Foreman.
  • •Remove finished product from winders, place it on scales to verify weight, and band cartons/product to a skid for shipment.
  • •Place identification labels on product/skids and complete required records or tally sheets according to packing plans and procedures.
  • •Ensure quality matches work order specifications and execute applicable Environmental Health & Safety programs.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (or equivalent) and/or previous manufacturing experience.
  • •Able to work in a production environment and recognize sounds and alarms.
  • •Capable of monitoring machine output quality against work order specifications.
  • •Able to complete functional math (adding, subtracting, multiplying, division) and accurately read measuring devices (e.g., tape measure).
  • •Strong physical mobility for a 12-hour shift, including handling, standing/walking, and climbing/descending to tower areas.
