Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and monitor stock for excess, aged, and discontinued items; highlight future risks and support KPI targets through clearance and inventory optimization.
  • •Analyze forecasts to calculate reorder quantities and ensure correct inclusion of on-hand, in-transit, and committed stock to meet Days Forecast Cover.
  • •Coordinate inbound deliveries and replenish files for approval; place purchase orders and oversee shipment delays, ensuring required invoicing/shipping documents are processed timely.
  • •Maintain master data by setting up new SKU in Product Cloud/Connect and JDE ERP; manage land cost revisions and support transfer pricing maintenance with finance.
  • •Support S&OP activities (demand review and pre-S&OP/supply review meetings) and produce KPI/monthly reporting; drive digital transformation projects and troubleshoot supply chain systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
  • •3+ years of relevant experience in supply planning and inventory management in a retail environment.
  • •Advanced Excel proficiency and strong IT/data skills, with tech-savvy mindset.
  • •Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, including root-cause identification and problem solving.
  • •Organized, self-motivated, able to work independently and influence cross-functionally; experience with JDE is an advantage.
